جزء آخر من أجزاء الكلام ألا وهو الحال
An adverb is a word that tells us more about a verb
and describe it .
الحال هو الكلمة التي تخبرنا عن الفعل وتصفه

The man ran quickly
Many different kinds of word are called adverbs.
We can usually recognize an adverb by its:
1-Function (Job)
2-Form
3-Position
العديد من أنواع الكلمة تسمى حالا .
نستطيع التعرف على الحال من خلال وظيفته , شكله , ووضعه " مكانه "
1. Function
The principal job of an adverb is to modify verbs,
adjectives and other adverbs.
الوظيفة الأساسية للحال وصف الأفعال والصفات وربما الأحوال الأخرى .
Modify a verb:
– John speaks loudly. (How does John speak?)
- Modify an adjective:
– He is reallyhandsome.
- Modify another adverb:
– She drives incrediblyslowly.
قد يكون للحال وظائف أخرى مثل وصف الجملة كاملة ,
ووصف شبه الجملة " الجار والمجرور "
But adverbs have other functions, too.
They can:
- Modify a whole sentence:
– Obviously, I can’t know everything.
- Modify a prepositional phrase:
– It’s immediately inside the door.
2. Form
Many adverbs end in -ly. We form such adverbs by adding -ly to the adjective. Here are some examples:
-ly العديد من الأحوال تنتهي بِـ
فقط بإضافتها للصفة مثل :
quickly, softly, strongly
وبعض الأحوال ليس لها شكل محدد مثال :
Some adverbs have no particular form, for example:
- well, fast, very, never, always, often, still
للأحوال ثلاثة أمكنة رئيسية :
3. Position
Adverbs have three main positions in the sentence:
- Front (before the subject):
قبل الفاعل مثال :
– Now we will study adverbs.
- Middle (between the subject and the main verb):
بين الفاعل والفعل الرئيسي مثال :
– We often study adverbs.
- End (after the verb or object)
في النهاية بعد الفعل أو المفعول به مثال :
- – We study adverbs carefully

Sometimes
في بعض الأحيان

Adverbs of Frequency answer the question "How
often?" or "How frequently?" They tell us how often somebody does something.
هذه الأحوال تجيب السؤال كم غالبا ؟؟ كم مرة يتكرر هذا ؟
. تخبرنا كيف يؤدي الشخص عمل ما غالبا .
. تخبرنا كيف يؤدي الشخص عمل ما غالبا .
Adverbs of frequency come before the main verb
(except the main verb "to be"):

تأتي غالبا قبل الفعل الرئيسي عدا " is , are , am
, was ,were , had , has , have , been "
, was ,were , had , has , have , been "
- We usually go shopping on Saturday.
* sometimes, often, frequently and usually
قد تأتي بين الفينة والأخرى في ابتداء الجملة أو نهايتها .
Occasionally, sometimes, often, frequently and usuallycan also go at the beginning or end of a sentence:
- Sometimes they come and stay with us.
*Rarely and seldom
أيضا هذه قد تأتي في نهاية الجملة .
Rarely and seldom can also go at the end of a sentence
(often with "very"):
- We see them rarely.

أعطي الحال من الصفات المعطاه

* Rewrite the complete sentence using the adverb in brackets in its usual position
أعيدي كتابة الجمله باستخدام الحال المعطى بين الأقواس في وضعه المناسب
He drives his car (carefully )
He listens to the radio ( often )
They read a book ( sometimes )
Tom is very friendly ( usually )
We went to the cinema ( yesterday )
